Although the WordPress Aftercare stated above is an optional services, Eagle Design does recommend you take one of the options stated. By declining the offer, you the client are acknowledging you take full responsibility to update and back up your web site to protect from any form of hacking, cyber attacks and any such actions against your web site. Also the responsibility lies with you to restore the web site in the event of mentioned (but not limited to) attacks which can result in hundreds of pounds to restore a broken web site. Eagle Design will fix the issue (where possible) after a price is agreed to do so.

Unfortunately, hackers are becoming increasingly sophisticated and there is always a small risk of cyber-attack no matter how protected your site is.

Any unused time for web site updates will not be rolled over in to the next month even if the time wasn’t used.

The costs given in the wordpress aftercare packages are for prevention only. However this doesnt mean bugs, cyber attacks or plugin failures wont happen during the aftercare. All work to fix bugs, cyber attack damage or plugin failure but not limited to (example if a plugin discontinues and we have to find an alternative) will be charged extra to the monthly aftercare payment.

The offers above are based on a non contract so can be cancelled at any time. You will just be charged up until the end of the month you are in. No re funds will be given.

*1 or 2 hours updates – this can be used to update any of your web site content. If the time to update the web site takes more than the time allocated then we will charge for the extra time taken at £50+VAT per hour. We will advise you if we think you will need more than the allocated 1 hour in advance to agree extra costs.
